meet your mentor
Humanitarian worker, teacher, and mentor, I am passionate about people, justice, and progressive working-culture where people thrive, live on their own terms, and realise their full potential.
After a little less than 10 years working as a protection manager, coordinator, and advisor in Uganda, Jordan, CAR, Iraq, Nigeria, HQ and Libya, the flip sides of humanitarian work had taken a toll on me too. Determined to combine my professional purpose and personal well-being, I worked hard to create my own version of being a humanitarian worker.
I am now enjoying a balanced, purposeful, and chosen life & career path.
I am known for guiding my cohorts through a unique method of mentorship which articulates professional development, personal growth, and systemic change in a deeply transformational experience. I focus on intimate group work and exclusive one-on-one sessions. Be prepared to think out of the imposed-mentality, and dare greatly.
My offerings source their transformational effects from my background in law, my technical expertise in protection and gender, and my own humanitarian and life experiences – where I have learned my biggest lessons.
Will you be joining?
justice
Social justice and fundamental rights for all are the ideas that got me in the humanitarian world in the first place. They are, and will remain, my moral compass in everything I endeavor.
authenticity
I believe in showing up as we truly are. Both gifted and flawed. Constantly evolving.
Embracing our ambiguities, and showing up authentically is for me, a new form of courage.
kindness
Here, I will hold space you. Here you will be able to lay your stories, your pains, your questions in sorority, without judgment.
